But before you succumb to relax mode, I have a fabulous essential oil diffuser blend that's uplifting and leads toward positive movement. I call it "Wakeup, Workout"! Use it for an early workout or for motivation to get stuff done when you don't feel like it. I've been diffusing this during my personal Pilates workouts! My head is clearer and I'm able to focus inward a lot more. Diffuser Recipe: *2 drops Spearmint Essential Oil (Mentha spicata) *2 drops Geranium Essential Oil (Pelargonium graveolens roseum) *2 drops Juniper Berry Essential Oil (Juniperus communis) 🧡Spearmint (Mentha spicata) has a minty, fresh, sweet aroma. Offers energy to not only start but finish a workout! Eases muscle spasms while also inspiring joy and enthusiasm! 🧡Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens roseum) is herbal and rosy. Aids in dissolving stagnation and emotionally and physically blocked energy! Also helps with proper lung function and comfort the heart through occasional stress. 🧡Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis) is piney, fresh and woodsy. Helps shake up stagnant energy and makes any room feel lively. A helpful boost to the body to release long-held tension and pressure. Also improves lung function. No oils on hand?
