Group Class Schedule

The following are virtual sessions unless noted otherwise:

Mondays

11:00AM-Pilates Core (STUDIO SESSION-Minimum of 2 people required for class to take place)

Tuesdays

6:15PM-Pilates Core 

Wednesdays

11:00AM-Pilates Core (STUDIO SESSION-Minimum of 2 people required for class to take place)

Thursdays

6PM-Pilates Core
