ONLY 28 minutes to a full total body workout. Classes alternate between Fat Burn Machine by PIIT28, Abs of Envy by PIIT28, Ultimate Booty Lift by PIIT28, and Amazing Arms and Abs by PIIT28

Rhythm and Flow
Rhythm and Flow is consistent movement flowing from one exercise to the next, with easy-to-follow transitions to keep your heart rate steady and your muscles moving and grooving! Burn some calories, rejuvenate and relax muscles in the same session.
Pilates experience is helpful but not required. I meet every person at their level in this mixed level class! We may even sprinkle in some props that you have around the house!

Now that you understand the fundamentals and can comfortably perform beginner Pilates exercises, it's time to add flow and precision.
Still lots of cueing, increased repetitions and a lot more flow that you'll probably break a sweat.
Entry to this class is at instructor discretion to ensure all Pilates fundamentals are understood, not mastered.

Explore your own body's mechanics to reach, bend, walk, stretch, get up, sit down, turn and everything else that involves your core and muscles.
With Pilates you will be able to function better within your body doing normal every day tasks as well as physical exertions.
With consistent practice, in 10 sessions you will begin to feel a difference, in 20 sessions you will begin to see a difference, and in 30 sessions you will begin to have a whole new. better performing body.
