What is the mission of Orange Groove Pilates?
Orange Groove Pilates shows busy women how to prioritize themselves, increase energy, and move freely so they can live in the moment without overextending themselves.
Busy women do so much in a day making it challenging to decompress, relax, enjoy meaningfully movement because daily tasks leave them exhausted, drained and stressed.
When you get out of a routine and your focus on wellness fades, the effects might not be noticeable immediately but overtime our energy and our bodies deteriorate.
Life can be challenging at times and this current pandemic has put many into a state of panic, has increased inactivity, which ultimately leads to tension and pain and even irritability.
Mindful movement in Pilates generates positive energy to get more of what you want in your life while reducing exhaustion, mental fatigue and stress.
Moving with purpose allows you to be present in the moment leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, energized and pain free.
You also have improved focus and concentration without mental strain so you can find time to do other things and you'll do them better than before!
